Conscape Beach House

Conscape Beach House is a beachfront renovation in Messilah that preserves the villa’s original architectural lines while introducing contemporary updates to its interior and exterior spaces. The intervention balances refinement and restraint, ensuring continuity between the existing structure and the new additions.

The project includes a complete interior refinish, the addition of a pool house, and a landscaped extension toward the shoreline. Linear elements guide the design of the new interventions, with metal framed wooden louvers introduced along the sea facing façade to enhance shading and privacy while echoing the rhythm of the original architecture.

A stepped concrete landscape gently descends toward the beach, extending the house into its coastal setting with controlled openness and a seamless connection to the surrounding environment.
