Set within Khiran Phase 4, this project occupies a man-made peninsula that extends into the sea, offering a 94-meter span of uninterrupted views. The design takes advantage of this unique condition, creating a family retreat that balances private intimacy with collective gathering. Six individual dwellings provide autonomy for each member of the family, while a central house for the grandparents anchors the composition, linked together by a garden and shared pool that act as the heart of the estate.

Architecturally, the buildings draw inspiration from nautical forms, their curved ribbons wrapping each floor like the decks of a cruise ship. These horizontal bands not only provide deep shading but also frame views outward, emphasizing the relationship between land and water. The stepped massing ensures that every level is in dialogue with the horizon, its rhythm echoing the retreat of waves as they pull back to reveal the crest at the top floor.
