Loft

Loft Kitchen and Ristretto Coffee & Community are two entities that coexist within the same space. Located in the heart of Kuwait, the high ceiling space is in a prominent location that is easily visible from the mall and the street itself. The mission of the space is to provide a welcoming atmosphere for people from all over the city.

The space is punctured with an extruded mass clad with dark wood, the mass is sliced at the bottom to reveal a green marble coffee bar housed within it. The coffee bar also acts as a divide from the cafe and restaurant spaces while still allowing both spaces to bleed into each other.
