North Nugra

North Nugra is a mixed use renovation project that repositions an existing complex in Hawally through a renewed architectural expression and a more cohesive interior experience. The intervention responds to the evolving commercial and social role of the development while extending its long term relevance.

The project encompasses a three storey shopping mall and two ten storey residential towers connected by an elevated podium and two levels of underground parking. The exterior renovation reconsiders the previously monotonous façade, introducing a more contemporary and engaging presence that reflects the growing F&B and retail activity within the complex.

Internally, the redesign moves away from maintenance driven, ad hoc upgrades toward a unified design strategy. The interior interventions aim to restore spatial clarity and visual coherence, transforming the complex into a more deliberate and integrated mixed use environment.
