Chotto by Tatami

Chotto by Tatami is a compact food hall concept located in 360 Mall, designed around the brand’s idea of “just a little bit of a bite.” The spatial approach translates this notion into an environment that feels precise, light, and intentionally restrained.

The design draws from traditional Japanese wood joinery, expressed through refined detailing and careful proportions. These elements are contrasted with granite surfaces, introducing a contemporary counterpoint that reinforces clarity and material balance within the small footprint.

Through this controlled material dialogue, the project creates a distinct identity that blends cultural reference with modern expression, resulting in a concise yet memorable dining experience suited to its food hall setting.
