North Nugra

A renovation project meant to revitalize and update North Nugra complex in Hawally. The complex is mixed-use, made-up of a commercial space comprising of a three-stroey shopping mall and two ten-storey residential towers interconnected via an elevated podium of two underground parking floors.

The overall monotonous feel of the building via its materials from the exterior was restudied to create a more current and eye-catching addition, serving the new F&B and commercial program. The interior on the other hand was quite vibrant, before the previous renovations which were quick-fix for maintenance and functionality purposes rather than design, which is an aim of this newest interior renovation.
